We will be available for virtual support in regular business hours, from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Please open a ticket and we will respond as quickly as possible. To speed your support, please be sure to leave a phone number where you can be reached in case we need to contact you.

For cases where our physical presence is required (such as to pick up a laptop for repair), we will arrange a mutually agreeable time and meet you on campus.
