Print Conductor
Overview
Print Conductor is a utility allowing one or more PDFs to be queued and printed, each with the same print settings. This is useful for faculty/staff wanting to do in-house exam printing: a set of exams can be queued up, you can choose print settings such as stapling and duplex printing, and then all PDFs will be printed with the same settings.
Printing Exams Generated by the Exam Preflight Tool
Those printing exams barcoded by the Exam Preflight Tool will want to choose the Multiple PDFs: One Copy Per PDF packaging option in the last step of the wizard.
This will generate a ZIP file containing N PDFs, where N is the number of exam copies you generated. You can then queue these up in Print Conductor and print them all with the same print settings.
Eligibility
This product is available by default to all regular, full-time faculty and staff in the Faculty of Science. A limited number of licenses may be available for temporary and contract employees upon request, depending on availability. These will be distributed based on need.
Downloading the Software

Obtaining a License Key
After installation, you will need to enter a license key. Click the button below and log in with your Western credentials to obtain a key.
Please do not share license keys with others.
